This was a telephone appointment. (Very difficult to answer a couple of the questions) Thought it was great, explanation and instructions were clear. Physio, Stacia Murray, was a great help.
Expected my app to last maybe 10 minutes and it was much longer and very informative .
I have always felt that physio could not help me with my problems but am if a different opinion now.
I will do the exercises given to me and look forward to my condition improving.

I have had 4 replacement joints now and have been treated by the physios at Ashford fir all of them, Pre and post op.

Provide a great service and recently I have had Rachael, Sebastian and Lynda.
I feel safe and comfortable with all of them snd the last few months have been virtual !! I prefer going to the physio but Lynda snd Sebastian did very well on line doing their best.

Very friendly, helpful,and professional . Made me feel very comfortable and was easy to understand
This was a video physiotherapy treatment. The physiotherapist was excellent and able to take measurements from the screen of whether I had improved or not. It was very interactive and I was given advice on how to continue. All in all, I am very impressed and grateful.

The interview was conducted over the phone and my step-daughter dealt with the interviewer. Everything was very satisfactory.
